Optilan – Warwick

This project was an office fit out project consisting of lighting, small power, ventilation and plumbing works to the space consisting of open plan areas and cellular spaces as well as a kitchens and comms rooms. The project was undertaken in a very tight time frame and allowed KDG to demonstrate our ability to cohesively programme and plan the multiple aspects of a busy mechanical and electrical installation within a wider fit out project.

Project works included:

  • Adapting existing distribution systems to the new proposed fit out.
  • Small power services in the form of busbar systems, final circuits and supplies to specialist audio visual systems.
  • The design, supply and installation of a new lighting installation throughout.
  • A full Cat6 data installation to floor and wall mounted points as well as WI-FI.
  • A complete kitchen installation with electrical, plumbing, drainage and ventilation services.
  • A full comms room installation consisting of new data cabinets, air conditioning with redundancy, lighting and emergency power back up.
