Gaslight – Derby

We were asked to carry out an electrical condition report on this bar to satisfy the insurance provider requirements. During the course of our works on site we successfully identified all the defects located on the site and we were able to put together a package to efficiently and cost effectively remedy the issues discovered, in doing so ensure that the installation was up to current standards and maintained the safety of the staff, members of the public and building fabric.

Project works consisted of:

A full EICR carried out on this busy, operating business.
Site photos and indepth detailed findings to make the report easier for the client team to comprehend and make informed judgments on.
Listing and prioritising remedial works in a clear format along with the relevant costs and timescales
Carrying out the required remedial works strictly in line with an agreed programme of works whilst ensuring the smallest possible impact to the operation of the business.
