This project consisted of a full design and build 2 story office fit out which served the clients call centre focused operation. The project consisted of the following aspects:

  • A generator installation providing back up power to the call centre floor
  • An addressable central battery emergency lighting installation
  • An intelligent Dali lighting system
  • Feature lighting
  • Fire alarm installation
  • A small power installation consisting of underfloor busbar, floor boxes and desk mounted power outlets
  • A full cat 6 data cabling installation
  • An AV installation covering conference rooms and call centre floors
  • Ventilation modifications throughout
  • Air conditioning works
  • Plumbing and drainage works
  • Access control
  • CCTV
  • Intruder alarm
